These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of techlarx.com (the “Site”), operated by Techlarx, a Chicago, IL web design and AI services business. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover the website only — if you hire us for a project, that work is governed by a separate signed proposal or service agreement.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or browsing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.
2. Use of this website
The content on this Site is provided for general information about Techlarx and our services. You’re welcome to browse it, but please don’t scrape or bulk-copy the Site, attempt to reverse-engineer how it works, or misuse our contact form (for example, sending spam or automated submissions). The form is for genuine inquiries about our services.
3. Intellectual property
The design, layout, copy, and graphics on this Site belong to Techlarx (or are used under license) unless we say otherwise, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Please don’t reproduce them without our permission.
Ownership and usage rights for work we deliver to clients — websites, AI agents, content, and related deliverables — are addressed in each client’s own service agreement, not by these Terms.
4. Portfolio and demonstration work
The projects shown on this Site illustrate the kind of design and build work we do. Some are live sites; others are concept or self-directed builds created to demonstrate our capabilities and aren’t commissioned by a paying client. We’re upfront about the difference and never present invented results or client outcomes.
5. No warranties
This Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techlarx isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. This limitation applies to the website only and doesn’t affect the terms of any separate client service agreement.

This Site links to other sites, including projects we’ve built and other third-party resources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

We may update these Terms occasionally as our Site or services change. We’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the courts of Illinois.
